Kevin Borich (guitar, vocals) Phil Key (guitar, vocals) Bruce Howard (keyboards) Trevor Wilson (bass) Brett Neilsen (drums, vocals)

The La De Da's initally formed in Auckland in 1963 as "The Mergers" and achieved success on both sides of the Tasman. Kevin Borich would become one of Australasia's most renowned guitarists. The Album "The Happy Prince" has been hailed as Australasia's first Concept Album.

Following the break-up of the La De Da's in 1975 Borich went on to form the Kevin Borich Express, The Party Boys and record sessions. Phil Key formed Band of Light in 1972. He died of a congenital heart condition in 1984.

Band of Light

Following the break-up of the La De Da's, Phil Key formed Band of Light in 1972. They disbanded in late 1974. Key passed away in 1984 due to a congenital heart condition. Today he is considered one of Australasia's most under rated blues singer/guitarists.
